Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP HANA to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HANA implementations or migrations. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive project milestones, ensure timely delivery within budget, and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation or migration projects for SAP HANA.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project performance using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Project, etc.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SAP best practices, and data security regulations.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and cutover planning.
• Oversee project documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in SAP HANA projects.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or HANA database migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and HANA architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• SAP Activate or Agile project methodology experience preferred.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based HANA deployments (e.g., SAP HANA on AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to data migration tools like SAP Data Services, SLT, or LSMW.
• Basic understanding of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Analytics Cloud.
