A food manufacturing company based in Singapore is looking for an SAP Associate/System Analyst for night shift roles. The ideal candidate will participate in implementing SAP EWM, requiring at least one year of SAP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Training will be provided for entry-level candidates. The position involves a 5-day workweek with flexible shifts after the initial training period.
We are recruiting to expand our SAP team for night shift due to our 24 hrs operations. We welcome all SAP Associates/System Analyst level candidates, even if you had applied before, as all applications will be re-assessed again in this batch.
Bear in mind this is for our Night Duty Team and all candidates who applied must be open to be placed on assigned 5 days workweek from Mon to Sunday.
Contractually, 5 days workweek Monday to Sunday, on Perm night shift. (Perm Roster will be planned for 4 days weekdays and 1 day Sat / Sun for work)
Initial period (for On Job Training – for 2 months planned)
Monday – Thursday 8 am to 6 pm
Friday – 8 am to 5 pm
After 2 months
Will be deployed to Mid Shift (12 pm to 10 pm) OR Night shift 10 pm to 8 am, based on assigned schedule for 4 days weekdays and 1 day Sat / Sun for work.
Participate in the implementation of SAP EWM, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Work closely with SAP/EWM teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP EWM to meet business needs.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure proper integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Provide support for SAP EWM system users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP EWM functionalities and processes.
Create and maintain documentation for SAP EWM system processes and procedures.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align system solutions with business goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information and project updates.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SAP EWM system.
Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least one year experience in SAP.
Training will be provided for entry-level candidate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
