Lead sales and client engagement within the MICE sector, driving new business, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored event solutions to achieve revenue targets. Partner internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the MICE market
  • Manage and grow relationships with event organisers, corporates, and partners
  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support event delivery
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in MICE, events, or hospitality
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of MICE market trends and client expectations
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused with a positive attitude
