Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage air/sea import/export activities and build customer relationships. Candidates should have at least a Diploma and 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics. Strong communication skills and a positive customer-oriented mindset are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Quote and secure new business from customers.
• Liaise with customers on air/sea import/export shipment instructions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute shipments.
• Resolve problems when they arise.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships.

• Quote and secure new business (from new customers or increased share from existing customers)
• Liaise with customers on air/sea import/export shipment instructions
• Coordinate with internal CS/Ops teams and vendors to execute shipments
• Resolve problems when they crop up (rare but sometimes will happen at night / weekends)
• Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market information

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
