Job Summary

Drive sales growth and project execution within the assigned territory by delivering accurate product pricing, managing client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support. Lead order qualification and follow through on sales opportunities to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Proposal Management
  • Develop precise product pricing based on identified solutions and prepare formal quotations for client submission to secure business opportunities
  • Manage project execution within the assigned territory, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing all technical and commercial inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Provide technical support to clients through email, phone, or on-site deployment to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Order Management
  • Evaluate and qualify incoming orders against submitted quotations to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Communicate proactively with clients to resolve any order-related concerns and maintain smooth order processing
Sales Management
  • Drive sales growth in the assigned region by actively pursuing and converting sales leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales materials and documentation to support business development efforts
Other Tasks
  • Participate actively in company activities to foster team engagement and culture
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
  • Ability to communicate confidently with customers via telecommunication channels to facilitate effective client interactions
  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing in-house systems and tools quickly to support operational tasks
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel to manage data and prepare sales-related documents
  • Availability to start work immediately to meet urgent business needs
