Job summary

A leading IT service provider in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative / Sales Coordinator to develop new business and manage existing accounts. The role involves arranging meetings with clients, preparing sales reports, and ensuring product availability. Candidates should have a degree in business or a related field, along with strong sales and interpersonal skills. A basic salary of up to $4,500 plus bonuses is offered for this permanent role.

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and manage existing accounts.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Prepare regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company in meetings and conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals; handle feedback, complaints, or objections.
  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and distributors for quotations and pricing negotiations.
  • Work with team members on job deployments.
  • Collect customer feedback and share with internal teams.

  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus
