We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Whether you thrive in cold calling and prospecting or excel in handling customer inquiries and managing accounts, we have the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (Field Sales)
  • Identify and engage new customers in the construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors through cold calls, emails, and visiting job sites.

  • Develop relationships with potential clients, introduce new products, and provide tailored solutions for equipment rentals.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, prepare detailed quotations, and close deals with customers.

  • Drive business development by introducing products, applications, and market segments.

Indoor Sales (Account Management & Cold Calling)
  • Cold call potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries to generate new sales and manage existing accounts.

  • Prepare and present quotations, manage customer orders, and follow up to ensure the timely fulfilment of rental requests.

  • Provide expert advice on the most suitable equipment for clients’ needs, ensuring they receive high-quality service and the right solutions.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
  • Minimum “O” level or higher education.

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical equipment features in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Outbound Sales: Prior experience in sales, preferably in construction equipment or related industries, is an advantage.

  • Indoor Sales: No prior experience in construction equipment sales? No problem! We welcome candidates with a strong sales background in any industry and will provide full product training.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry or heavy machinery/equipment rental is a plus.

  • Mature, well-organized, and a good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during peak business periods.

  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is a plus for field visits and client meetings.
