Job description

• Global maritime service group and leading ship supplier serving merchant marine, offshore, and defense industries.
• West location - Tuas (5-min walk from Gul Circle MRT)
• 5.5 days | After confirmation - Alternate Sat
• Basic up to $4,200 + AWS

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager

Requirements

• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure
