Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for an Indoor Sales Operations Admin to assist in customer inquiries and support the sales team. The successful candidate should have 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, strong IT skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications. This role offers a salary range of $2500 - $3000 and requires operational support for deliveries and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with sales inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and expedite order processing.
  • Prepare quotations and invoices for clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team and provide necessary updates.
  • Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery.
  • Monitor deliveries and inventory levels.
  • Support the Sales team operationally.

Working hours: 8.30am - 5.50pm (Mon to Fri); 8.30am – 12.50pm (1 Sat per month)

Salary: $2500 -$3000

Location: Pioneer Sector Walk, Singapore 627897 (Transport pickup at West area)

Job Description:

  • Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
  • Responsible for following up on enquiries
  • Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
  • Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
  • Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
  • Inventory management
  • Provide operational support to the Sales team

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Knowledge of import/ export documentation, shipping, marine insurance and/or L/C negotiation is an advantage
