• Support the Sales / Business Development team.
• Cold calling to promote products/services.
• Obtain and follow up on client information.
• Schedule appointments for business development.
• Assist with supplier costing requests.
• Monitor purchase orders and arrange deliveries.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job description

Main Role:

• Support the Sales / Business Development team.
• Cold Calling: Contact businesses and potential clients to promote company products/services
• Obtain client information including client name, address and profile.
• Contact client to follow up initial interaction
• Schedule appointment for Business Development to meet prospective clients.
• Assist QS in requesting costing from supplier.
• Monitoring and issuance of purchase order, request material samples and arrange delivery of goods.
• Adhoc duties (e.g. filing, answering phone calls, preparation of sample board)
