Overall Purpose
  • Engage healthcare professionals in Singapore through accurate and compliant communication on the company’s products.

  • Develop and execute account management plans for priority customers, ensuring timely implementation of activities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal Medical, Legal & Compliance processes and standards.

  • Drive the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Driving Performance (30%)
  • Deliver business objectives aligned to the franchise strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong sales and relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Take ownership of sales, activities, and compliance in the assigned territory.
Territory & Account Management (30%)
  • Proactively plan and optimize sales performance.
  • Resolve issues promptly and elevate risks early.
  • Plan and execute promotional and educational activities.
  • Submit and secure approvals for activity documentation.
  • Build comprehensive account plans based on customer insights.
Marketing Responsibilities (40%)
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis.
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and brand teams.
  • Track and report marketing performance.
  • Manage marketing budget allocations.
  • Support and lead marketing programmes such as L3 initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, or other Science‑related fields.

Experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
