About the Role
Yovole International Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales & Marketing Director to lead business expansion across data centers, AI computing infrastructure and related digital infrastructure sectors strong expertise in the Singapore market.
This role will lead the acquisition and management of local and multinational clients, while establishing strategic partnerships with government agencies and technology companies. The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating Yovole International Pte Ltd expansion across Singapore and SEA countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Singapore market, covering data centers, AI computing and cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Identify, acquire and maintain key client relationships, including large enterprises, multinational corporations, system integrators and cloud service providers.
- Build strategic partnerships with Singapore government agencies (e.g., EDB, IMDA, EMA) to support policy alignment and project implementation.
- Lead major project tenders, commercial negotiations and contract finalisation to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate the technical advantages and commercial value of company products and services to clients.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Participate in regional sales meetings and provide regular updates to headquarters on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preference for graduates from Singapore universities (e.g., NUS, NTU). Background in Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or data center / infrastructure operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, Singapore energy efficiency, carbon neutrality or data center operations.
- Proven track record with local Singapore and multinational clients, building long‑term client relationships.
- Experience working with Singapore government agencies (EDB, IMDA, EMA) or multinational technology companies is an advantage.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication with our Mandarin‑speaking counterparts.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
- International work experience in Europe, the USA or Japan is an advantage.
Value-Added Experience
- Experience in data center site selection, development or operations in Singapore.
- Technical sales experience in AI infrastructure, GPU computing, or liquid cooling systems.
- Experience in regional sales management or leading cross‑functional teams.
