Job Overview

  • Working Hours: 5 days (9.30 am - 6.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $5000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.
  • Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide targets.
  • Evaluate and enhance salesmen\'s performance through regular feedback and support.
  • Facilitate training and development to boost sales skills.
  • Efficiently manage and convert sales leads to achieve targets.
  • Support the team in deal negotiations and closures.
  • Maintain sales department budget to meet financial goals.
  • Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Execute additional duties as required.
