Overview
We are looking for an ENERGETIC and SAVVY Carrier Sales Manager to present & share our solutions with regional carriers. You’ll manage existing carriers and engage in new account acquisitions and help expand our existing partners and customer ecosystem. This opening is a quota-based sales position at a fast-growing technology company in a highly competitive industry.

Objective
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of how our solutions meet needs
- Strong business development skills to identify, qualify and win new deals via existing and new carrier partners
- Provide market analysis, strategy, and work with leadership team on market development
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a select set of channel partners across the Asia Pacific region. Develop trust, alignment, and collaboration to drive mutual success through joint business plans
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and implement go-to-market strategies. Drive consistent revenue growth through targeted initiatives.
- Solutions Development: Work closely with partners to identify, develop, and expand enterprise solutions opportunities. Tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of target customers and drive profitable sales.
- Keep abreast of current market conditions, technology trends and business to create unique value proposition for Zenlayer in the market
- Develop sales strategies to grow existing and new carrier accounts, and increase revenue streams in these accounts
- Review, analyze and acquire a good understanding of the business, industry, regulatory trends and developments so as to provide the Board Members with the strategic guidance, analysis and insights to align directions back to Zenlayer
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills in English via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Existing relationship with regional carriers is a pre-requisite
