Overview
- 1 year contract (renewable & convertible)
- Salary: $6,000-$7,000
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8am-5.30pm
- Location: Ang Mo Kio (Shuttle service provided at selected MRT stations)
Responsibilities
- Driven individual who seeks to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services and turnkey projects in Defence, Public Security sectors and International Business
- Spearhead new business opportunities through existing and new channels
- Identify market gaps to guide product team to develop new products or enhance current product to better achieve sales success
- Proven "hunter" ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen to assess deal viability and maximize profitability with tactful negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals on company\'s products and services
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries and ensure high conversion rates
- Proactively address client needs and concerns effectively through targeted proposals of appropriate solutions
- Identify business expansion opportunities in Naval, Public Security sectors and international business to ensure strong growth over the longer term
- Key member of division strategic team through the analysis of market trends and competitor activities to obtain business insights, and converting it to a division strategy
- Work closely with operations, systems architecture to develop integrated business solutions
- Prepare detailed customer quotations, presentations, and bid documents to obtain the necessary internal clearance and submission requirement
- Collaborate on proposal development to ensure technical and commercial viability

Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, with track record in MRO services will be preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Defence or Public Security sectors preferred
- Familiarity with commercial contract structures and proposal development
- Proficiency in sales CRM systems and business analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Strong negotiation capabilities with track record of successful contract closures
- Resilience and performance focus in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
