Job description

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager, ASEAN to drive market expansion for a suite of newly developed products and solutions. This role blends direct sales, channel development, and strategic reseller management across the region. You’ll be the face of our new initiatives—building pipelines, developing reseller partners, and delivering revenue growth in an exciting, fast-evolving business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by managing both direct sales activities and partner-driven opportunities.
  • Develop a strong reseller network across ASEAN, including onboarding, training, and performance follow-up.
  • Champion newly launched solutions from the New Business Office, ensuring market awareness and customer adoption.
  • Conduct customer visits, product showcases, and partner enablement sessions to support pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at key trade shows and events to expand market presence.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and customer interactions in CRM systems while managing territory budgets responsibly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification preferred.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in sales or channel development, ideally in a technology-related industry.
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to build relationships and deliver results.
  • Skilled in solution selling, communication, and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficient in standard office software and CRM platforms.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the region.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is mandatory due to regular communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and partners across the region.
