A technology-driven logistics company is seeking a Sales Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships in Singapore. The role includes identifying business opportunities in logistics and e-commerce, managing key client relationships, and working collaboratively with operations teams. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Attractive remuneration includes a starting salary of $4,000 with performance incentives.

With proprietary systems and automation powering our fulfilment network, we serve some of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands in Singapore and the region. As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to help scale our client base and strengthen account partnerships across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics and e-commerce sectors
Cultivate strong client relationships for high satisfaction and retention
Prepare compelling proposals and customized logistics solutions
Respond promptly to inquiries about pricing, services,and solutions
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to meet existing and prospect clients' expectations
Track competitor activities and industry trends to inform to formulate new strategies
Drive performance according to management KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Courier,Logistics, Warehousing, or Import industries
Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin (for communicating with Mandarin speaking clients)
Resourceful, independent, and results-oriented
Strong client management capabilities
Remuneration:
Basic Salary: starting from $4,000, depending on career
Attendance Incentive: $150 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absences)
Performance Incentive: $150 monthly, depending on performance appraisal
$10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2 hours
12 days Annual Leave per year
Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care leave, Marriage leave, Paternity, Maternity Leave
Working Hours: 5 days
Mon to Thur – 9 am to 7 pm , Fri: 9 am to 6 pm
Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
