Job summary

A prominent company in fresh produce is seeking a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager to drive business in Singapore. This role involves cultivating relationships with customers, handling distributor sales, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, a diploma or degree in a relevant field, and exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of fresh produce is a plus. Position based at Pasir Panjang Wholesales Centre.

Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager needed
Office: Pasir Panjang Wholesales Centre
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6pm
Only as needed: Alternate Sat half day 8.30am - 12.30pm or 9am - 1pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating solid relationships with customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Handle sales to distributors in the fresh produce market
  • Active supermarket sales experience
  • To identify and target new business opportunities
  • Communicate constantly with clients to upsell products and increase sales.
  • Sales planning and administration work pertaining to sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Must be a good hunter for leads to increase sales
  • Have some knowledge of the fresh produce will be advantageous but natural strong sales characteristics and customer service is adequate
  • Preferably driving and own a car for senior sales executive
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business-to-Business sales or in Business development role
  • Diploma / Degree holder in related field (Sales or Information Technology will be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed
