Job Summary

Sekisui Singapore Pte Ltd (SSP) seeks a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the unit’s activities, develop and implement effective business strategies, and drive commercial success in the Southeast Asia region.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the Business Unit to deliver commercial results, manage personnel, leverage data insights to optimize performance

  • Ensure operational execution meets or exceeds client standards consistently

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with distributors to enhance brand engagement and increase regional sell-through

  • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives that capitalize on key growth opportunities in the region

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and relevant departments to support business objectives

  • Manage sales personnel effectively to achieve team targets and foster a high-performance culture

  • Analyze market trends and business financial information to inform decision-making and strategy development

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and business growth
