Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project developers.
  • Promote and present our range of architectural building materials to key decision-makers.
  • Drive sales by following up on leads, preparing proposals, manage contract negotiations and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend to site walks / site meetings where required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and prepare accurate sales forecasts and monthly reports for senior management
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in building materials, interior finishes, or construction industry.
  • Strong network within the architecture, design, and construction community is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
