Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop account plans, strategies and tactical actions to expand and increase business share
- Prospecting, lead generation and growing new business opportunities pipeline
- Demand creation through design-ins, value-add and solution selling
- Meet annual sales targets set by key suppliers
- Assist in marketing programs to promote new products and applications.
- Assist customer service on demand forecast and inventory management
- Prepare Quarterly Business Review presentation and monthly reports to key suppliers.
- Build report with decision makers and ensure customer satisfaction
Main Tasks:
- Respond to RFQs and ensure competitive pricing to get purchase order.
- Maintain and promote business rapport with customer and supplier contacts
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics such as on-time delivery and scorecard rating
- Attend promptly and resolve quality complaints from customers.
- Research to find new prospects and follow up on leads.
- Obtain and verify product demand forecasts before submitting them to supplier.
- Review new business opportunities with suppliers and how to convert to sales revenue.
- Joint visits with suppliers to existing customers and prospects
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews with key suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent
- 3 or more years of sales experience in Electronics or electro-mechanical industry
- Experience in the area of connectors and electro-mechanical products sales
