- Lead and manage project set-ups for new customer accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and successful handover to operations.
- Maintain regular business reviews with customers after onboarding, focusing on relationship development and customer satisfaction.
- Propose KPI tracking frameworks, performance reviews, and operational improvement plans to customers.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years’ experience in logistics warehouse field sales.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
- Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition within the logistics/warehousing sector.
- Project management experience in handling new account set-ups and solution implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Relevant experiences on data analysis and project profit and loss (P/L).
