The successful candidate will manage client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and achieve annual sales targets. Ideal candidates should have over 12 years of experience in IT services sales in Southeast Asia, with strong consultative engagement skills and a proven track record in solution selling. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to expand the client base and influence the sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators
We are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Sales Head (Public Sector or Strategic Accounts) managing & delivering revenue growth in the Government, Public Services, and related sectors. The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, and large multi-year deals. As Sales Head, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales head duties will include achieving annual targets, building client relationships, and growing the company.
