Linkgas Engineering Enterprise is a leading provider of fire protection services in Singapore, dedicated to ensuring the safety of lives and property through reliable and innovative fire protection solutions. We specialize in the design, installation, and servicing of cutting‑edge fire suppression systems and products.

Position Overview:

The Sales Executive (Servicing) is responsible for managing and growing the company's service and maintenance portfolio. This includes overseeing contract renewals, preparing quotations for corrective works, and ensuring strong client relationships through responsive communication and technical understanding of fire protection systems. The role bridges sales and operations to ensure smooth coordination for all servicing‑related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients for maintenance, refilling, and servicing works.
  • Prepare quotations for preventive maintenance, system rectification, and after‑sales requests.
  • Follow up on renewals of maintenance contracts and ensure timely confirmation from clients.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to support quotation preparation and service scope clarification.
  • Handle client communication before and after servicing works, ensuring satisfaction and feedback follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate service records and update the ERP system and shared tracking sheets.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to schedule and monitor service delivery timelines.
2. Business Development
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling of products (e.g. extinguishers, spare parts, refills).
  • Support tender submissions or quotations related to recurring service contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key facility management firms and building owners.
3. Coordination & Reporting
  • Liaise with the Sales Coordinator for preparation and issuance of sales orders, invoices, and documents.
  • Track job status and payment milestones with Accounts and ensure proper project closing.
  • Submit weekly updates and reports on ongoing quotations, renewals, and prospects.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience in the fire protection, M&E, or facility management industry.
  • Knowledge of fire protection systems (e.g., fire extinguishers, ANSUL, water mist systems) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license preferred (for site visits).
