Key Responsibilities
- The incumbent shall thrive as part of the performing sales team and will be responsible to attain the set team/individual sales budget, with revenue from product based, leasing and/or solutions-based sales.
- Possess strong sales management skills including but not limited to, tracking and attainment of sales revenue / margin based on forecast, negotiation skills to address all parties’ needs to obtain win-win status, account servicing skills with return customers / account receivable mindset.
- Manage the full sales and hire cycle — from lead generation and client engagement through to proposal preparation, tender submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their project needs and providing tailored equipment solutions that add value.
- Liaise closely with Service Operations teams to ensure reliability, availability & serviceability.
- Maintain team‑based spirit with continuous market data and customer information exchange among the team to bring strong value to the Organization and Sales Dept.
- Work closely with internal teams and OEM partners to ensure the timely delivery, commissioning, and aftersales support of equipment post‑sale or hire.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor offerings, and market conditions to strategically position Ten‑League’s value proposition and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within the warehouse, construction or heavy equipment industry (electrical forklifts, prime movers, etc.)
- Interested applicants who do not possess construction equipment sales background but have ability to demonstrate the competency to be successful on this role, are welcome to apply.

- Exhibit good negotiation and communication skills to manage all parties’ interests.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Possess self‑motivation and confidence to excel in various business scenarios.
- With valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Candidates with personal vehicle will have an advantage.
