Job summary

A leading thermal technology company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to develop effective sales strategies and maintain customer relationships across the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has at least 3 years of B2B regional sales experience. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese is required. Frequent travel within Southeast Asia is expected.

Qualifications

Information :

Working Hours : Mon~Fri 9am to 6pm

Location : Tai Seng

Travelling Requirements : Indonesia

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets set by the company or department;
  2. Cover Indonesia markets, collect, analyze, and monitor market trends beyond the company’s existing products, with a focus on Singapore as the central hub, identifying potential trade opportunities.
  3. Generate sales leads, identify potential customers, and expand the client base across Indonesia, while tracking their requirements, ensuring timely and regular progress reporting.
  4. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
  5. Ensure timely collection of sales payments in accordance with project progress;
  6. Coordinate contracts, specifications, and technical solutions with clients, ensuring alignment with the company’s product offerings and customer needs;
  7. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a controlled and structured progress.
  8. Provide weekly progress reports and manage tasks for new assignments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  9. Undertakes and Carry out other additional duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the company or supervisor, in alignment with business needs and the scope of work.
  10. Good understanding of Indonesia local law and Indonesia government processess.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Energy, Marketing, or related fields;
  2. Proven Experience in mechanical equipment sales, preferably in thermal energy systems, industrial heating, or energy efficiency solutions; experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage;
  3. Strong understanding of thermal energy technologies, mechanical systems, and industrial applications is an advantage;
  4. Multilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively liaise with China HQ and local Indonesia customers;
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  6. Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia, especially Indonesia to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements
  1. 3 years Experience in B2B Regional Sales or Business Development.
  2. Degree Holder
  3. Able to speak, read and write Chinese & Bahasa Indonesia
  4. Strong background of Indonesia
  5. Preferably with Indonesia citizenship record whether current or previous.
