Location: Near Bedok MRT, Singapore

Client is specializing in providing Landscaping solutions like plant rental services, festive decoration, plants for event for businesses and industry in financial, healthcare, commercial property, residential property, retail and education.

  • Additionally, you will cultivate and strengthen connections with new and existing clients, comprehensively understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and introducing new or alternative products to address their needs.
  • You will work closely with the sales team, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities for potential and existing clients.
  • You will play a crucial role maintaining long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue from new and existing clients, for the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Account & Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
    • Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
    • Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
    • Managing new and existing client accounts.
    • Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  2. Sales Target Achievements:

    • Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
    • Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
    • Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor and report on sales performance.
Requirements
  • Preferable profiles with at least 2 years of sales experience in landscaping sector.
  • Comfortable with hunter sales role in getting new leads and clients
