The ideal candidate will possess 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and a diploma or degree in Business or Finance. Responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining a client pipeline, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. Finance Specialist – Construction

You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients in the Construction industry, offering tailored financial solutions including unsecured and secured business loans. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background and an understanding of industry-specific challenges and financing needs.

  • Location: Bukit Batok
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target and onboard clients in the Construction sectors with business loan or equipment financing requirements.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals and site visits.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to match financial products to client needs.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieving monthly loan disbursal targets.
  • Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all documentation, customer due diligence and KYC norms are followed as per regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners or decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and lending norms.
  • Track client lifecycle events (e.g. new project, merger, expansion plans) for upselling opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2–4 years of sales experience
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or other related field
  • Proven experience in dealing with clients in the Construction industry
