Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers FABs and Foundries and OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test), and R&D institutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and engineers at customer sites.
- Provide timely and effective customer support and follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Understand the technical specifications and applications of equipment and materials being sold.
- Work closely with application engineers and suppliers to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
- Coordinate equipment evaluations, trials, and demonstrations.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Liaise with global equipment and material suppliers to ensure alignment in sales initiatives and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Materials Science) or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experiences in B2B technical sales in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and related equipment/materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to to travel frequently to client sites in Singapore & Malaysia regions.
