We are seeking adynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our growingbeauty brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, cosmetics,and wellness, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships anddrive sales growth. This role requires a blend of product knowledge, customerengagement, and strategic sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across retail, wholesale, and online channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Ability to close sales quickly.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
Brand Representation
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting products at events, trade shows, and in-store activations.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to partners and clients.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
Operational Support
- Ensure timely order processing, stock replenishment, and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English; Mandarin, Malay is a plus).
- Passion for beauty and wellness products with good product knowledge.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
