Sales Executive
Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-1pm, On-site, Industrial-Commercial Building, Singapore
Job Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, driven Sales Executive to join Singapore G’s multi-brand team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients across our businesses: self-storage, serviced offices, hybrid office-storage, cold store, and safe-deposit boxes.
This role blends frontline sales, fast-response customer engagement, and light administrative coordination, ensuring enquiries convert smoothly into confirmed move-ins.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Respond quickly to all enquiries through online sources (HubSpot) and offline sources including phone calls and walk-ins.
- Conduct tours for: Serviced offices, Self‑storage units, WorkStore hybrid units, ColdStore chiller/freezer storage, Safe‑deposit box facility (within same building). May require off‑site tours of other businesses under our management.
- Present unit features clearly and confidently, highlighting what suits each prospect.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and send follow‑ups with strong closing intent.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and move‑ins across multiple brands.
Administrative & Coordination
- Prepare contracts, invoices, renewal documents, and onboarding.
- Update CRM records promptly and accurately (lead info, follow‑ups, close reason).
- Track enquiries, conversions, and report weekly/monthly performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for: Unit readiness, key handover/card access/IT support, fit‑out or movement requests, cleaning/maintenance.
Tenant / Customer Onboarding
- Facilitate smooth move‑ins: walkthrough, access setup, orientation.
- Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Escalate issues to Management when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Speed of Response
- Initial enquiries: within 2 hours during business hours.
- Quotations/proposals: within 1 hour of receiving required details.
- After‑hours messages: replied by 10:00am next working day.
2. Conversion & Follow‑Up Quality
- Timely follow‑ups after tours.
- Accurate and consistent use of promotions.
- Strong lead‑to‑tour and tour‑to‑close ratios.
3. Administrative Accuracy
- Correct logging of customer info, unit quoted, price, and status in CRM and accounting system.
- Accurate contracts and billing details.
- Occupancy and sales reports submitted on time.
4. Professionalism & Customer Experience
- Positive client feedback from tours and onboarding.
- High standard of product knowledge across all Singapore G brands.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred.
- Confident communicator with strong initiative and follow‑through.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced multi‑brand environment.
- Able to work onsite at our central Singapore industrial‑commercial building.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot an advantage).
- Good command of English.
- Minimum ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels.
- Own transport a bonus.
