About The Role

We’re looking for energetic, customer-driven Sales Executives to represent Dongfeng CarConnect — the Official Channel Partner of Dongfeng, China’s leading state-owned EV brand and maker of Singapore’s best-selling electric hatchback.

You’ll be the face of the showroom: advising customers, conducting test drives, and helping them discover which Dongfeng model (BOX, 007, or VIGO) best suits their needs. Whether it’s first-time EV buyers or savvy upgraders, your job is to make every customer feel confident, informed, and excited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in visitors and provide a confident, consultative showroom experience
  • Guide customers across the full range: urban-friendly BOX, sleek 007, and adventure-ready VIGO
  • Conduct feature walkthroughs (performance, tech, safety, EV perks)
  • Arrange and lead test drives
  • Follow up on online and WhatsApp leads to secure appointments
  • Provide financing, insurance, and COE guidance
  • Work with admin & delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Hit monthly sales goals while maintaining strong after-sales follow-up
  • Keep the showroom and display units aligned with brand standards
  • Stay updated on EV market trends and competitors
Who We’re Looking For
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive, premium retail, or consultative sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for electric vehicles, tech, and future mobility
  • Confident, polished, and professional — online and in person
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and eager to grow
  • Valid Class 3 driving license preferred
