As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and take our business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Management: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across both retail and corporate segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, contractors, and direct consumers. Handle incoming leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend suitable flooring solutions. Provide product demonstrations and samples, and prepare customized quotations. Offer expert advice on product selection, installation requirements, and after-sales care.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and project execution. Follow up on project timelines, payments, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Development: Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management on market insights and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the interior design or building products industry (preferably flooring, tiles, laminates, or similar).
- Strong network within the interior design, architectural, and construction community is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
