Job summary

An international laboratory services company based in Singapore is searching for a qualified professional to lead marketing and sales activities. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to expand the customer base, manage customer databases, and ensure satisfaction through timely delivery of services. Qualifications include a Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Chemistry with relevant experience. The role also requires achieving a monthly sales target of SGD 20,000 and handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Degree/Diploma holder in Business, marketing, chemistry or equivalent, with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities.
  • Maintaining and developing a computerized customer and prospect database.
  • Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
  • Identifying potential customers in the market and probing for opportunities for market share increment.
  • Plan, organise and control department activities such as costing, quotation, tender etc.
  • Resources and manpower planning to maximise utilisation to meet sales targets.
  • Analyse and review customer’s feedback on project works and laboratory services.
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback to ensure proper resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through close monitoring of project report on time delivery.
  • Study and understand the market competitor’s activities and laboratory testing trends.
  • Plan and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve measurable sales target.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
  • Achieve sales value of SGD 20,000 every month.

Education
