About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Event Marketing Manager to grow our restaurant’s sales through events, private dining, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in driving revenue by attracting corporate bookings, celebrations, and promotional dining experiences while working closely with restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales for private dining, group reservations, corporate events, and restaurant buyouts
  • Plan and execute in-restaurant events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Actively source and manage corporate clients, event planners, and repeat customers
  • Develop customized event menus and dining packages in collaboration with the kitchen and operations teams
  • Coordinate all event details, including guest requirements, timelines, and on-site execution
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to maximize table utilization and off-peak revenue
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Track sales performance, event outcomes, and customer feedback
  • Support brand visibility through partnerships, collaborations, and marketing initiatives
