We are seeking a dynamic, technically proficient, and commercially savvy Sales Engineer with a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and hands-on experience in the buy/sell of semiconductor components and equipment. Leveraging your strong background in sales and engineering, you will engage existing clients and cultivate new relationships—driving inventory transactions and expanding our global footprint in the used semiconductor equipment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities.
- Analyze client technology roadmaps and strategically position our products and services to meet their evolving needs.
- Provide accurate and timely responses regarding inventory availability, technical configurations, visual documentation (photos) and pricing.
- Solicit and evaluate client offers, presenting qualified opportunities to the product team for review.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring seamless client engagement.
- Deliver regular sales performance updates, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the Director.
- Share asset knowledge and market insights with internal teams to strengthen positioning in the used equipment ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Semiconductor Technology or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, with a solid grasp of manufacturing processes and equipment lifecycle.
- Proven track record in buying and selling semiconductor components and equipment.
- Familiarity with IDMs, OEMs, and the used equipment ecosystem—including investors, brokers, and refurbishers.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, technical sales environment.
