Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, qualify, and win new business in the Semiconductor, Defense, Marine, and General Industries sectors in Singapore and Batam.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain and grow key customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Provide timely technical support and solutions for customer issues.
- Recommend suitable sealing solutions and clearly present product value.
- Share market insights and customer trends to support marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the SEA region.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- Min. 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience selling to OEMs is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of rubber/plastic components, seals, or bearings is an advantage.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
