Job description

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined Sales Engineer (or Senior Sales Engineer, depending on experience) to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen, driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing key enterprise accounts.

You will serve as the main point of contact across the customer lifecycle—understanding client needs, delivering tailored cooling and thermal management solutions, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technologies supporting enterprise-level data centers, builders, and system integrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise data centers and related industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, technical presentations, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Present and demonstrate advanced cooling and thermal management solutions to varied stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to design customized solutions.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of solutions and proactively resolve client concerns.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is highly advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of sales or account management experience (5 years for Senior Sales Engineer).
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level clients and achieving sales targets in technical markets.
  • Strong network with enterprise clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understanding of data center operations and cooling technologies.
  • Strong technical sales and solution-selling skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative with strong problem-solving skills.
