• Oversee P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Align regional operations with China HQ and collaborate with internal teams to support market expansion and execution

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent)
• Proven leadership in regional sales management within the Electronics Component Distribution industry·
• Strong experience managing international markets with a solid track record in revenue growth, senior client management, and P&L responsibility
• Strong strategic mindset, leadership ability, commercial acumen, and willingness to travel internationally
