Job brief

We are looking for a committed Sales Executive to grow our market share of Japanese clientele. You will identify new business opportunities and generate new leads in order to improve revenue, profitability and business expansion. You will work closely as a strong team player with the company executives and sales personnel to expand our clientele portfolio, client servicing, and building strong business relationships with our existing and new clients. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting revenue and forging strong relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research in related events, publications, and announcements to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Promote organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Reviewing and addressing feedbacks and after-sales support.
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements and skills
  • Fluent verbal and written Japanese equivalent to JLPT N1 is required to manage relationship with Japanese clients and work with the senior management in Tokyo Head office on sales reports and new referrals where the primary communication is in Japanese.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 years related experience in the described job scope.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player and customer service-oriented.
  • Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.
