About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting both the commercial and technical aspects of our sales activities. From preparing proposals and handling client inquiries to supporting tender submissions and liaising with vendors, your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and follow up with customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Prepare quotations and customised sales proposals based on client requirements
  • Support and compile both technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
  • Develop comprehensive tender documentation including cost summaries and risk assessments
  • Coordinate submission of completed tender documents within tight deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Manage and update CRM/database of clients and leads
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on sales-related campaigns and initiatives
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
What We're Looking For
