Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking an Order Handling Specialist. The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring timely communication, and coordinating with various departments for customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a diploma or ITE, with preferable experience in order handling or sales operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, while knowledge of ISO9001/AS9001 is advantageous. This position offers a 5-day work week in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Prefer 1-2 years of relevant experience in order handling or sales operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9001 is a plus.

  • Receive, verify, acknowledge, and process orders.
  • Manage customer correspondence and communication.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and investigate reports.
  • Coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job description
  • Order receiving, verification, acknowledgment, and processing performance
  • Customer correspondence and timely communication (including warranty status updates)
  • Sales and forecast management for main models
  • Preparation and issuance of quotations (including investigation reports)
  • Entry and update of orders in SAP / D365 systems
  • Preparation of order tags (including prototype, repair, and replacement orders) and release to production
  • ASW repair management (8-day TAT) and SRU replacement management (15-day TAT)
  • Coordination with QA on returned units, repairs, and post-repair arrangements
  • Management and update of EDD schedules in Airsupply for customer acceptance
  • Release of DIL and serial number management
  • Pre-alert customers on delivery and ensure shipments meet customer FOB requirements
  • Preparation and issuance of documentation (CoC / Waiver / ATR) to customers
  • Ensure on-time delivery and proper closure of order tags
  • Work cohesively with cross-functional departments
  • Maintain close communication to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma holder
  • Prefer 1-2 years of Order Handling or Sales Operations experience.
  • Microsoft Excel, Words & PowerPoint
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 / AS9001 (not mandatory)
