Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a motivated individual to manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, handle customer schedules, and prepare sales quotations. The ideal candidate exhibits strong negotiation and communication skills, is computer literate, and is capable of thriving under pressure. A 5-day work week from 9am to 6pm is offered, with the working location in Ubi.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase and delivery orders and invoices.
• Check accuracy of payment invoices and prepare supplier payments.
• Liaise with suppliers for order placements.
• Coordinate installation schedules and routes with customers and installation teams.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up on confirmed orders.

Job description

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Generate purchase and delivery orders and invoices
• Check all payment invoices for accuracy and prepare payments to suppliers
• Liaise with suppliers to place order
• Liaise with customers and installation team and manage installation schedule and routes
• Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders
