As a Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO and sales team to support day-to-day sales operations and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build strong foundations in sales and client-facing work within a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate day-to-day sales activities
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Keep CRM data clean, updated, and reliable
  • Prepare sales updates and basic reports
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients
  • Assist with product demos and loop in product or sales engineers when needed
Qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in sales coordination and sales operations
  • Clear, confident communication and strong customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of sales workflows and processes
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Compensation
