- Preparing and processing sales orders, invoices, and quotations.

- Supporting onboarding of new sales team members.
- Acting as point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Following up with clients on order status and satisfaction.
- Ensuring timely delivery of products or services.
- Updating sales content and documents.
