Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales by assisting customers and processing transactions. The role involves providing product information, handling inquiries, supporting inventory management, and contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations to support purchasing decisions
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using cash, card, and digital payment methods to ensure smooth checkout experiences
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and assist with inventory management to maintain product availability
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by actively supporting sales activities and customer engagement
  • Assist with organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and marketing activities to boost sales and brand awareness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is an advantage
