The ideal candidate will drive new business growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at K.A. company, based in the East Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and increasing market visibility to leverage your sales and marketing for our industry-leading, one-stop passive fire protection solutions to new and prospective clients.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long‑term partnerships.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Prepare quotations, follow up promptly, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the sales process.
Negotiate and close deals effectively while handling customer feedback, complaints, and objections professionally.
Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for improved results.
Ensure timely collection of payments in accordance with agreed schedules.
Continuously enhance product and technical knowledge to better serve customers and support sales activities.
Minimum Diploma qualification in Sales, Technical, Civil Engineering, or Engineering disciplines preferred.
At least 2–3 years of Sales & Marketing experience, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving, and customer management skills.
Experience working with architects, consultants, or contractors will be an added advantage.
Willingness to acquire technical knowledge related to company products.
Possession of own transport is preferred.
