Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and meeting and events industries
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate internally with teams in Singapore (sales, operations, finance) to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services and generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Conceptualize, plan, and manage various types of events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate meetings
  • Develop marketing and promotional materials for events in collaboration with his/her team
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and obtain necessary permits for events
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in meeting and events business in Singapore
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or event sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Meeting and Events industry in Singapore
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of business practices in Singapore
  • Strategy development, marketing, networking/relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
  • Computer Skills: Strong technical skills are required and should include the use of Microsoft Suite products as well as the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
