Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with parents to understand their child’s learning needs and recommend suitable programmes.
• Guide families through trial lessons and enrollment, building trust and long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience for every student.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, open houses, and school events to attract new families.
• Maintain CRM records, track performance, and meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Diploma or Degree in any field; background in education, psychology, or communications is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, education consulting, or customer‑facing roles
• Hungry for success and results‑driven, but committed to consultative, service‑oriented sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
• Able to work on weekends (with weekdays off‑in‑lieu)
• Empathetic, passionate about children’s learning, and motivated by making a positive impact
