A chemical services company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage inquiries and support client retention efforts. Key responsibilities include responding to customer emails, making outbound calls, and preparing quotations. Respond to customer inquiries and handle emails promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls and monitor customer purchasing patterns to support client retention efforts
Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements, ensuring timely follow-up on quotations and purchase orders
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accuracy and reliability
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Good knowledge in chemical related field
Preferably with 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related administrative role
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
